FlexiSnake Inc is a family-owned business located in Chillicothe, Illinois.

We are the creators of the original “hook-and-loop” hair clog tool for unclogging slow running bathroom drains.

The father-son team, Scott and Steve Turner, patented the original FlexiSnake Hair Clog Tool. They then went on to launch the national brand Drain Weasel, which quickly rose to the top of the plumbing category with over 15,000,000 units sold. The company was incorporated in 2010 as Imagination Products Corp dba FlexiSnake Inc.

The Turners realized that the majority of slow-running bathroom drains were caused by hair that made its way down the drain and combined with things such as soap and shampoo to create a clog that slows or stops the drainage of water. Their unique solution was to combine tiny “micro-hooks”, such as those found in common “hook-and-loop” material (e.g. “Velcro” brand) with a drain snake. FlexiSnake’s claim to fame was its ability to immediately unclog a slow-running, hair-clogged drain, without the use of caustic chemicals.

Today, Imagination Products Corp sells products under the brand names “FlexiSnake”, “Drain Weasel” and “Drain Millipede”.
